在公司裡，与我比較要好的兩位同事。。。

大萍：
自稱是雙瓶座的她，每次看星座都比別人久。因為..她得看双鱼座和宝瓶座。看漏了，就糟了。所以，两个星座都得看。我和大萍最像的地方就是。。。脾气急燥，做事快刀斩乱麻！有时斩错了就道个歉。。。再斩过！

小萍：
文静，勤快又斯文的小女生。如此的女生又如何与我们合得来呢？其实小萍虽然瘦小，她胃口可好得不得了！急躁的我和大萍常常会有买过多小吃的情况。怕肥，又不敢再塞。。。此时，小萍就会献身替我们解围了！吃不完的好料，都让小萍替我们解决。我们的友谊就是这样开始的。吃不完的，小萍代劳。真是两全其美。。。

Da Ping and Xiao Ping had both since left the company...I started this post back in 2008 but I never completed it...simply because I needed time to concentrate and type in mandarin...or I was distracted when I started the post...I certainly do miss them from time to time...

Hope to get them both out for dinner one day...

Silent list of flashback

We've cleared out our old cupboard...dragged it over to the next room and cleared out a nice space in our room! Yay yay yay~~~

'Killed' some of the 1,000 yr old dust bunnies and saw surface of the floor which I never knew existed before! Even chased away a super fat queen lizard...I wonder where did she go...?

Cleared out some of my old clothes to dump at the salvation army...they are still good to wear just that they don't fit in with my lifestyle anymore.

I promised myself that I wouldn't plan a walk-in wardrobe next time when we get our own place because...when I have more space, I tend to hog everything...even clothes which I haven't touch for 3 yrs...

With COE up at $14k...we are still patting ourselves on our back for our smart buy! I love our car! And to the surprise of everyone...I am still keeping the dashboard free of all the ding dongs which everyone assumed I will display. Except for the Totoro cushion which is being thrown around in the passenger seats, I didn't contribute much to the car other than my body heat and butt burns. HAHA...

What started out as a 'silent list of to-do'...have been altered to 'silent list of flashback'...I don't know how much lazier I can get...but I've loads of potentials...

When Apu and Manjula bumped into the Simpsons at a Swedish Furniture Store's restaurant (sounds familiar?), Manjula had her maternity instincts stirred by Maggie and they both decided to have a baby.

Their first attempt was unsuccessful and they were trying all sorts of method. Homer helped them by reenacting a high-school scene where they make out in highschool uniforms, in a make-shift topless cadillac under the moon.

Manjula soon got pregnant and instead of 1...she got 8 babies! Due to a fertility drug she took...which Apu...which Homer....and Marge...and Bart...all slipped in Manjula.

Despite being so unupdated with the current music scene, I've heard of her. Seen her article in our local papers and I suppose her winning a Grammy or two helped too.

I just read about her in thedailyfix and I am so grossed out that I am inspired to start this post. She's really young, Indie singer with "The Gossips". All out lesbian...banned in Singapore, I suppose...
Oh yah...she claims to have eaten squirrels during her youth...

She started off as a songwriter and is signed on by Akron. As a brunette, Lady Gaga was mistaken for Amy Winehouse and so she has to bleach her hair. I first read about Lady Gaga on Thedailyfix...yah...again...and she was openly licking a hairy pussy...or were they posing for pictures? I don't know. It's not written on wikipedia if Lady Gaga is lesbian or not...

I think I will stick to listening to American Idol winners and Adele and Bon Jovi and Linkin Park and church albums........

HG: Eee...Boring...

When I recounted this incident to my hubby...we came up with multiple scenerio where I can still be boring...

At Baskin Robbins, well-known store with 32 over ice-cream favors!

I was so so so so overjoyed to see the latest book by my favourite modern romance author~ Marian Keyes' latest book ~ This Charming Man is out~

I so wanted to grab it off the shelf at popular but I regained my sanity enough to decide that I will only get it at my favourite 2nd hand bookstore at Far East~

I can rent, read and if I don't like...return...and if I like...I will conveniently forget to return...hehehe...

Imagine my disappointment when Sunny Bookstore told me they ran out of This Charming Man. Stocks aren't in yet. And their only loan-able copy is out...*WAHHH...*

Again sanity prevails and I stubbornly refuse to give in to temptation to grab them off the shelves at Kino or Borders...so I logged into NLB website just now and VIOLA~

I am starting to feel sorry for the fake lady whom everyone is against. So what if she's had plastic surgery and didn't want to admit it? Isn't it sad that she didn't manage to find it within herself to bloom and blossom and has to resort to modeling her life and face and style to someone? And permanently modeled...permanently facing scorns from other self-righteous people who wants her to come clean about her plastic surgery???

Such bitchiness...women are really scary...you never know when they start accumulating wrath and then lash out at you for maximum impact!

I bought a pack of cai fan from Signature Park. Imagine this...fried whipped eggs with no salt or favourings at all...and its BURNT!!!

Super dissatisfied and angry and upset with the lousy food...I was stuffing myself with my Van Houton almond chocolates when Steve and the rest said they are going out for lunch!

So I happily hopped into the blue Jazz though I was no longer hungry...

I sms-ed HG to inform her about our lunch plan...she only made it in time for work 4/5 days...

HG sms: Any fruit stalls around? Help me buy fruits please! $10 bucks worth of fruits!!! if convenient lah...

Minutes later...

Me sms to HG: Ok. I will leave the fruits on your table.

HG sms: Ok thanks! Pay you later!

And let PC stole 3!!! But PC 'stole' one is fine cos we managed to coerced Mr Z to do caricatures for us to slot in our pass holder...

First Day at work at the New Office

It's impossible to reach Tampines by 8.40am! I just gotta wake up earlier and walk in from Expo Mrt station!

My PC was set up really fast by this cute HK IT officer with a twang of American slang. He's cute...we heard HK SPTL sent 6 hulks over to help us with the shift. Where's the other 5?

But anyway...the whole place is a mess...I am kept on my toes. Work are flooding in as well as some minute details and loose ends to tie.

I shouldn't go into too much details...but I was like....gonna explode half the time...irritated...agitated...pitch-high and in full battle mode...

Until I got a call from HG...

"NIKE sale le!!! Let's go lah!"

So off we went to a cheesy looking building...I bumped into my boss whos having a smoke downstairs and I asked him along...but he shook his head...PHEW~!

"Where are you from"...asked the receptionist...who let us in with a kind smile...


Air-Force 1 orange happy shoes! My size! My style and very ME! Even if I said so myself! My colleagues were oohing at my shoes but the warehouse sale ended before work...awe...

There was a pure white pair of the same model that I was contemplating...oh well...I like the Orange one better...so now my mood's all better...looking at my shoes...I can ignore the incoming mails and troubles that are bothering me.

All the worries have evaporated into thin air...

Introducing the Sony Ericsson W890i! No doubt it's a walkman phone...but it comes with 3.2mg pixels camera (I suspected Carl Zeiss Lens)...

And I got it in this awesome Mocha Brown color!

Real cool...and it comes with ear phones!!!
